Project Name: Flight of the Trees
Project Goal: To bring awareness to urban sprawl.

Project Process: The first step was to acquire high quality images the cityscape that still showed a lot of skyline and didn't really focus on the buildings. Because it proved difficult to find these, I took a trip into downtown Minneapolis and took some shots myself. Bracketing the shots, I developed photos that contained vibrant color in both the sky and on the buildings themselves.

Then I began constructing the trees. It was my goal to make the trees look as generic as possible, so anyone who viewed it would understand the message.
